We want the Service to be worth your money, and we keep cancellation simple.

Free to start

You can use Kalyta Labs for free before you ever pay, with no card required. That free start is the best way to decide if it is right for you.

Monthly subscription

Paid access is a month-to-month subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel whenever you like from your account, or by emailing hello@kalytalabs.com. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again after that.

Refunds

Because you can try the Service for free first and cancel anytime, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months already billed. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a billing error, email us within 14 days and we will make it right.
