These Terms govern your use of the Kalyta Labs websites and apps (the "Service"), operated by Kalyta Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Kalyta Labs provides study tools for standardized, Advanced Placement and professional licensure exams, including adaptive practice questions, lessons, practice exams, and an AI tutor. The Service is an educational aid. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, result or outcome.

Accounts

You need an account to save your progress. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Subscriptions and billing

• The Service offers a free start, then a paid monthly subscription for full access to a course family. Each family is priced separately, and the price for the plan you are buying is shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by the platform you subscribe on: Stripe on the web, Apple on iOS, and Google Play on Android. A subscription bought inside an app is billed by that app store, and is cancelled and refunded through that store's own account settings rather than by us.
• You can cancel anytime. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
• Prices may change. We will give clear notice before any change applies to you.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Service. That includes attempting to break or overload it, copying or reselling our content, or sharing your account to avoid paying. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Content

Our questions, lessons, and explanations belong to Kalyta Labs and are for your personal study only. Your own answers and notes remain yours.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is. We work hard to keep our content accurate, but we cannot promise it is free of every error, and we are not liable for exam results. Use of the Service is at your own discretion.

None of these organizations is affiliated with, sponsors or endorses Kalyta Labs.
