This policy explains what Kalyta Labs ("we", "us") collects and how we use it when you use our websites and apps (the "Service").

What we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign up with.
• Study activity: your answers, progress, study plan, and related learning signals, so the Service can adapt to you.
• Optional details: things you choose to share, such as your first name and your exam date.
• Payment information: handled directly by the payment processor for the platform you buy on: Stripe on the web, Apple on iOS, and Google Play on Android. We never see or store your card details.
• Purchase history: which subscription you hold and whether it is active, so we can unlock the courses you paid for. We receive this from the processor; we do not receive your payment method.
• Crash and diagnostic data: if the app stops unexpectedly we receive a crash report through Google Crashlytics, including the device model, the operating system version and a device identifier, so the fault can be found and fixed.

How we use it

We use your information to run the Service, personalize your study plan and practice, process subscriptions, keep the Service secure, and improve our content. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to operate: Google Firebase for accounts, hosting, data storage and analytics; Google Crashlytics for crash and diagnostic reports; and, for payments, Stripe on the web, Apple on iOS and Google Play on Android. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. Apple and Google are the sellers of record for in-app purchases made on their platforms.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time, from inside the app under Account; deletion removes your progress and your profile. You can also ask us through our contact form.

Students and age

The Service is intended for learners aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's involvement. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We also use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how people find and use our site, so we can improve it. Analytics may involve a device or advertising identifier supplied by your operating system. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not use any of it for advertising, cross-site tracking or tracking you across other companies' apps and sites, and we do not sell your data.
