Delete your data

You can delete your Kalyta account and all of its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Kalyta, go to Account, and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all data tied to it. It cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, reach us through our contact form from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and delete your account and its data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in email.
• Your study activity, progress, readiness estimates, saved items, exam-rehearsal history, and coaching history.
• Your profile details (such as name and exam date) and app preferences.
• Your subscription and entitlement records held by Kalyta.

Deletion is immediate in our live systems. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation. We may retain anonymized, aggregate data that cannot identify you, and records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax and payment records held by our payment provider).

About subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store. To stop billing, cancel the subscription in your Google Play or App Store account. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored by Kalyta.
